By creating an account or using any part of the MailZiro Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

MailZiro is an AI-powered email classification and filtering service that connects to your email accounts (Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, IMAP-compatible mailboxes) via secure OAuth 2.0 and analyzes incoming emails to identify and filter marketing communications.

The Service includes: automatic marketing email detection, custom filtering rules, a review queue, an audit trail, sender profiles, daily digest notifications, and an administrative dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at security@mailziro.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Accounts are non-transferable.

MailZiro offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the billing period.

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under your local laws.

You may use the Service solely for lawful, personal, or business email management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access email accounts you do not own or are not authorized to access;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools against the Service;
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content through the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission;
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service.

MailZiro processes email metadata (headers, sender address, subject line, structural signals) to perform classification. We do not persistently store the full content of your emails. Classification is performed transiently, and raw email bodies are not retained beyond the immediate processing window.

You retain full ownership of your email data. You grant MailZiro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your email data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service, including its design, AI models, code, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to MailZiro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use MailZiro branding, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. MailZiro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services integrated with MailZiro.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any classification result will be accurate; (c) any important email will not be incorrectly filtered. You are responsible for reviewing filtered emails and configuring rules appropriate to your needs.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILZIRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MAILZIRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MailZiro and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
